  18. Yes; it was sold as a commercial product several years ago. It runs
  19. BASIC and machine code progs. It does not emulate the BBC hardware
  20. in the way that the C64 or Spectrum emulators do, but it was a version
  21. of BBC basic (recoded in 68K assembler) with a built in 6502 simulator
  22. (BASIC ran at 7 times speed and MC at 0.9 times the speed of a real 
  23. BBC B on a 7MHz A500) From what I remember it was a fairly good at running
  24. system legal software, but could not handle stuff that "banged the hardware"
  25. too much.
